The brace dose help my posture, it rubs the front of my arm pits red. It does do what it says.

When I use it to move my arms a lot, my shoulder gets sore...
When used regularly, it also relaxes the shoulders which is nice.

Received on time and does help correct posture , can’t adjust the straps while wearing like some of these but still not bad
